| Cons: | Vague, due to it being a guide, it gives overall pictures of how to do something, without going into fine details. Can be disappointing to people who want a 'get rich quick' cookbook. | ||

| Pros: | Explained the processes of running a business day-to-day pretty well. Lots of examples of forms and their instructions. Includes a cd-rom with forms to cover most operational paperwork/forms for a corporation to use. | ||
| Cons: | Stigma of being a dummies book. Although information rich, it tries to cover all types of businesses, to more an intro book and reference. | ||
